How do I take care of my rug?/Can I wash it?
Taking care of the rug is easy. If it is dirty or has something in it all you need to do it brush it out or shake it out outside. You can not get it wet or wash the rug.
How is the sheepskin measured?
The pelts are measured one side to the other in width and from the top to the bottom right corner for the length.
Is there any animal smell?
No, the smell is taken out with a neutralizer in the production process.
Is the pelt the same as from the picture?
Yes
How will my pet react?
Your pet will probably check it out for the first moment and then might even get attached to it. We’ve had many customers be happy that their pet likes it. Nothing out of the ordinary will happen.
Are they safe for little children and infants?
Only the Relugan sheepskins are and being safe with little children is their purpose, all the other pelts are not safe with little children because the child may pull out hair and consume it.
How do returns work?
Returns are up to 2 weeks. With a full refund and free shipping.
Can I cut parts off and customize its shape?
Yes, they are cutable and have been used as doll hair and costumes.
What If mine has a smell to it?
Some sheepskins might have the smell of neutralizer, like shampoo. If you don't like this smell all you have to do is air the sheepskin out, outside.
